FileNet Document Management and Archival

If you are using FileNet's archival system for your System i reports, consider using Alliance All-Ways Secure to send the reports to the FileNet server using FTP. Alliance can send reports from multiple System i output queues to FileNet with no user intervention. You can archive the reports in text or HTML format and you have full control over the HTML header and trailer statements. 

After sending reports to FileNet Alliance All-Ways Secure can move the report to an output queue with an active printer or to a holding queue. You define the output queues that you want to use.  This feature provides maximum flexibility and automation of report distribution and archival.

Alliance All-Ways Secure allows selection of reports for processing using the spool file name, user name, job name, spool file user data, or any combination of these criteria. You can also define a *ANY definition to process all reports in an output queue using the same logic. Your selection criteria can be as simple or complex as you like.
