Reseller Partners

The Reseller Partner program is for Companies who wish to distribute Townsend software products to their direct customers. There are two levels of Reseller Partners. Level I resellers provide qualified sales leads to Townsend and manage the initial sales process. Level II resellers provide sales support, pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and software integration services. The Reseller Partner program provides you with software products, documentation, sales material, promotional opportunities, and technical support. Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partners

The ISV Partner program is for software vendors who wish to incorporate Townsend technology into their products. You can leverage the communications and eCommerce capabilities in Alliance products by including them with your own. The ISV Partner program provides you with software products, documentation, sales material, promotional opportunities, and technical support. Application Service Provider (ASP) Partners

The ASP Partner program is for application service providers who want to offer Townsend products to their ASP customers. You can expand the depth of your eCommerce offerings and offer new services to assist your customers in deploying B2B eCommerce capabilities. All Townsend products are enabled for ASPs and include the ability to license based on subscription or transaction models.
